This page shows the account tied to this browser, and this browser is not tied to one yet. If you put an address on your account, this is where you use it.
Only works for an address confirmed from a browser that had access. No password: the link is the login.
Have it call the account tool with access_link=true: it hands back a link that works once and opens this page here. It is the way in that never depends on anything you had to save.
